In this historic location, two casemates at the far end of the citadel, our sole ambition is to offer a timeless moment of sincere, authentic and generous cuisine rooted in the seasons. Watered down with good local beverages, we want it to be tasted, swallowed, devoured and gobbled up in a relaxed, simple and good-natured atmosphere.
Opening hours according to season. Annual winter vacation, from the last weekend before Christmas to the first weekend in March.
