En este lugar histórico, dos casamatas, en el extremo mismo de la ciudadela, donde la única ambición es ofrecer un momento fuera del tiempo con una cocina sincera, arraigada en las estaciones, auténtica y generosa. Horarios de apertura según temporada. Vacaciones anuales de invierno, desde el último fin de semana antes de Navidad hasta el primer fin de semana de marzo.
