In the south of the Nay Region, between two hills bordered by the Ouzom and Gave de Pau, Igon is a village in the Béarnaise foothills where the "Le chant du coq" house is located. Igon, which means "water" in the local dialect, is a popular fishing spot. It is also the starting point for hiking trails that let you will discover the Nay Region, a land rich in culture and traditions. This way you can go to meet one of our local farmers by watching cheese making or exploring one of our museums, which highlight traditional know-how.
