CHALET LE COLIBRI DES NEIGES

Le Colibri des Neiges is located 2 minutes by car from the lake and the town center, 5 minutes from the ski slopes and 10 minutes from the lake of Longemer.
Many walks are proposed for nature lovers around waterfalls, in the heart of the forest and multiple hikes are possible.
It is a traditional wooden chalet with all comforts, independent, on one level, in a very quiet area with a "mountain" decoration.

Entrance, living room open to a fitted kitchen, pellet stove, television, radio, telephone.
Two bedrooms with one bed 160x200 and the other 140x190
Bathroom with shower and WC
A mezzanine with a bed in 120 for a possible 4th person not staying in one of the bedrooms.

Washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small freezer, 4 burner induction cooker, hood, oven, microwave oven, traditional and Senseo coffee maker, kettle, electric tea maker, toaster, small food processor, hand blender, raclette machine and fondue machine.
Private parking
For the winter, loan of 2 sledges and snow shovel.
For the summer, garden of 500 m2, terrace all around the chalet, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol.

Electricity is not included but we offer 10 kwh per day.
Cleaning at the end of the stay 70 Euros (optional)
Bed linen 15 Euros double bed / 10 Euros single bed (optional)

Baby cot and high chair, bathtub, changing table available.
Household products offered (LV, LL and floors)
Minimum rental 2 nights.
Deposit of 30% at the time of reservation if more than one month before the date of stay, 50% if less than one month.
