The Théâtre Jean Lurçat - Scène nationale d?Aubusson is a multi-disciplinary venue for creation, distribution and cultural activities. With a 240-seat auditorium, 2 rehearsal studios and a room for artistic education, the Théâtre Jean Lurçat programs some forty shows, for around seventy performances, some of which tour the Creuse region.
The Théâtre Jean Lurçat supports contemporary creation by hosting artists in residence from all disciplines, from France and abroad, particularly from the French-speaking world. It supports companies and collectives through co-productions and residencies. Five companies are associate artists for a 3-year period.
A large part of its activity is also devoted to cultural action and artistic education. The theater project
