L'équipe di Scène Nationale instaura legami regolari con gli artisti e gli abitanti del territorio in cui opera. Questo stretto rapporto di lavoro favorisce la fiducia e la creatività, consentendoci di proporre nuovi progetti a Creuse aperti al mondo. Le compagnie e i loro artisti si uniscono al Théâtre Jean Lurçat per gettare uno sguardo sulla nostra vita quotidiana. Il nostro sguardo sul loro lavoro (teatro, marionette, danza, scrittura, ecc.) è un modo per creare nuove storie da raccontare.
Una delle missioni fondamentali della Scène nationale è quella di sostenere gli artisti nel loro processo creativo (ricerca scenografica, scrittura per il palcoscenico, prova dei costumi, prove, ecc.) Le uscite in residenza - gratuite e aperte a tutti - offrono l'opportunità di andare dietro le quinte della realizzazione di uno spettacolo.
