You are on the hillsides of Lamothe Montravel, in the Dordogne valley. Between Castillon-la-Bataille and Ste-Foy-la-Grande, we welcome you 2 km from the Château de Montaigne, on our 9 hectare wine-growing estate in AOC Montravel red and white, Bergerac red and rosé. Committed to an organic production method, we will explain to you how we have banned the use of pesticides and other fertilizers, as well as the different ways of vinifying our wines.
After the visit of the cellar, you are invited to a tasting: what do you think of this red Montravel, aged 15 months in French oak barrels and bottled at the estate?
