A very beautiful loop road bike route, (very) hilly, which crosses several times a valley of the wild Dordogne, notably via the impressive Chastang dam. The itinerary starts from the small village of Espagnac, then takes the gorges of Doustre, with superb viewpoints over La Roche-Basse. It then crosses the Dordogne at the Chastang Dam before climbing to the village of Servières-le-Château (Côte de Servières). After a flatter section up to Auriac, a fairly steep descent leads to the Pont du Chambon, a cast iron suspension bridge.
