Bicycle loop - From Bayon to Haroué: The Vosges canal and the wild Moselle valley

Set off on a loop where water guides every moment and landscapes change with the rhythm of your pedaling.

From Bayon, the road gently opens between villages and orchards before joining the peaceful banks of the Moselle. There, the gaze gets lost in the shifting reflections, between wild arms and silent ponds, at the heart of an exceptionally rich natural space.
On the Voie Bleue, the bike glides in the shade of the trees along the Vosges canal, in an almost cathedral-like atmosphere, rocked by the lapping of water and the discreet passage of the locks.

The small villages: Roville-devant-Bayon, Mangonville, Bainville-aux-Miroirs — punctuate the route, between discreet heritage and rural atmospheres.
Then come the more secret roads: Leménil-Mitry, Lebeuville, Vaudeville… where the scents of mirabelle trees and forests accompany the effort.

Suddenly, the Château de Haroué reveals itself, elegant, placed in the landscape like a reward.
The return to Bayon, via Crantenoy, prolongs this feeling of freedom between nature and history.
