From Sedan, explore the green Trans-Ardennes route along the Maas and follow it for a distance of 27 km, up to Charleville-Mézières, the gateway to the Ardennes. A cycle route along the old towpath, which has no motorised traffic. A varied environment, with villages such as Glaire, Donchery, Nouvion-sur-Meuse, Lumes, etc. Here, you can see the Place Ducale, one of the most beautiful squares in Europe or visit Rimbaud Museum.
A piece of advice to ride into the city safety : at the end of this stage, don't cross the bridge towards Nouzonville. Go ahead along the Meuse River for 3km. This way leads to the Mont Olympe where is the camping. And a footbridge guides you into the city center.
