This is a beautiful and adventurous walk around Lac Blanc. You park at the Lac Blanc parking lot opposite the restaurant Le Mille Mètres. The hike starts immediately with a steep climb to the left of the lake. You climb over large boulders and here and there you can use cables and a metal staircase. When you reach the top, you have a magnificent view of the statue of Mary on a rocky outcrop and a spectacular view of Lac Blanc. Then the path continues over the Hautes Chaumes, which is located above Lac Blanc, there you have enormous panoramic views. Eventually you descend again along the right side of Lac Blanc.
Tip: If you prefer to descend on the adventurous climb, walk the walk the other way!
