Just to the left of the church of Aghios Donatos you will see a threshing floor. This is where the grain used to be threshed. That grain was grown on the deep-soiled fields of the nearby intramontane basins and dolines. If you look at aerial photos you will see that this threshing floor is part of a complex of more than 10 threshing floors. This is therefore an exceptional piece of historical heritage. Hopefully, people will be able to appreciate its value and maintain these structures for the future.
