This holiday home has a breathtaking view over the bay of Kalamata and on the second foothill of the Peloponnese called Mani. In winter until well into spring you look out on the snowy peaks of the Taygetos Mountains of Mani.
This holiday home is completely self-sufficient by means of a large buffer cellar with a capacity of approximately 85,000 liters of rainwater , which is collected in the winter. There is also a high-quality windmill and solar energy supply with a battery storage package for the full electricity requirement.
The infinity swimming pool of 10 x 4 meters with a depth of approx. 1.50/1.60 meters is spectacularly situated against the slope adjacent to the large terrace of the holiday home.
