Piazza Terra Madre - Greve in Chianti

The library is located on Piazza Terra Madre in Greve in Chianti.

Since March 2016, the square has been home to a bronze work of art by Rinoldo Lombardo, "Corridore Ciclista".

The 'Cyclist's Runner' was created in memory of the sculptor's cycling past. The statue would be placed on a farm owned by Rinaldo, after which his ashes would be placed anonymously. When the photo of the statue was seen by the mayor, in exchange for the necessary concessions, it was proposed to move it to the square in Greve in Chianti, where it stands today.
