The walking circuits of Diekirch are hiking trails in Luxembourg with a length of 12 km. The city of Diekirch, with about 6000 inhabitants, is located on the Sauer River and is the capital of the Diekirch canton. The city has a rich history that dates back to Roman times, as shown by the Roman mosaics in the city museum and the St. Laurence Church built on Roman foundations. The city is also known for the brewery of the same name.
