Blaricum is the most expensive municipality in the Netherlands. Many celebrities have their homes here, hidden behind tall hedges and impressive wrought iron gates with alarm systems. Luxury cars and SUVs are common around here. In the rustic village center, you can find a few nice shops. You can view art at Studio 2000 and grab a very delicious ice cream at the famous ice cream parlor De Hoop, although you might have to wait in line for that.
