Oostvoorne is a town in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Westvoorne, and lies about 9 km north of Hellevoetsluis.
In 2001, the town of Oostvoorne had 5,403 inhabitants, the built-up area of the town was 1.9 km2 , and contained 2,274 residences. The statistical area "Oostvoorne", which also can include the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 7,270.
