Studio Irene was the first television studio of the Dutch Television Foundation in the Dutch town of Bussum.
Studio Irene was located on the Kapelstraat on the corner of the Kerkstraat, in the former Dutch Reformed church. The foundation stone of the building was laid in September 1828, and in 1830 the church was inaugurated. After the opening of the much larger Vredekerk in 1914, the church was decommissioned. During the First World War the building was used
as a Protestant Military Home for the mobilized soldiers. After that, it was sold and used as a commercial property.
