The Mission House St. Michael, also known as the Mission House Steyl, is a monastery complex in the monastery village of Steyl in the Dutch municipality of Venlo. The monastery, founded in 1875, is the mother house of the missionary congregation Societas Verbi Divini, commonly referred to as the Missionaries of Steyl. The complex consists of the actual St. Michael's Monastery and a large number of buildings located east of Kloosterstraat and Sint-Michaëlstraat. Surrounding it is an extensive park of about eight hectares. In total, 32 components of the monastery complex, located within the protected village view of Steyl, enjoy protection as a national monument.
