The Chapel of Coelhorst, also known as Koelhorst or Keulhorst, is a chapel located at Coelhorsterweg 35 in Hoogland in the municipality of Amersfoort. The chapel was built in the 14th century for the hamlet of Koelhorst. After the Reformation, it came into use by the Protestant church in 1659. In 1838, Hoogland established its own Reformed congregation that built a new church, after which the chapel was sold in 1843 to the owners of the Coelhorst estate. As the chapel fell into disrepair, the Foundation Chapel of Coelhorst was established in 1995, which obtained rights of disposal in 2001 and had the chapel restored. The chapel is dedicated to St. Nicholas and has been a national monument since 1973.
