The Chapel of Coelhorst, also known as Koelhorst or Keulhorst, is a chapel at Coelhorsterweg 35 in Hoogland in the municipality of Amersfoort. The chapel was built in the 14th century for the hamlet of Koelhorst. After the Reformation, it came into use by the Protestant Church in 1659. In 1838 Hoogland got its own Reformed congregation that built a new church, after which the chapel was sold in 1843 to the owners of the Coelhorst estate. Because the chapel fell into disrepair, the Coelhorst Chapel Foundation was established in 1995, which was granted the right of disposal in 2001 and had the chapel restored. The chapel is dedicated to Saint Nicholas and has been a national monument since 1973.
