Veldenstein Castle or Jaarsveld Castle was a castle in Jaarsveld, municipality of Lopik, located in the Dutch province of Utrecht.
The castle was located on the northern bank of the Lek to the northeast of the village. The current manor house stands north of the castle grounds and was built in the 18th century. There are no remains of the original house above ground, only two rectangular enclosed islands remain. The outer bailey and the main castle have stood on these islands. A bridge with a gatehouse led to the main castle, which consisted of a round tower and a rectangular building block with a two-storey residential wing on the west side.
