In the square at this intersection stand 2 artworks. A statue of the Grenadier, created by Sjef Eijmael and placed in honor of the 350th anniversary of the Royal Shooting Club Sint Sebastianus Gronsveld in 1969. A second artwork is the liberation monument (a column topped with a bronze head of an American soldier) by artist Wil van der Laan.
