The Cistercian Abbey of Binderen was a Cistercian monastery in Helmond, province of North Brabant, in the Netherlands, from 1237 to 1648.
In 1237, the Dowager Empress Mary of Brabant founded the nunnery Sancta Maria de Valle Imperatricis in memory of Emperor Otto IV in the village of Binderen near Helmond, which became Cistercian in 1246 and existed until 1648. Since 1941 there has been a chapel dedicated to the Virgin Mary, which was created by converting the former sheepfold. A copy of the entrance gate sold to Lieshout was rebuilt.
