The church of Windesheim is a Protestant church in the Overijssel town of Windesheim in the municipality of Zwolle.
Originally, the building was part of the monastery complex of the Windesheim congregation. The monastery was the center of the Modern Devotion in the late 14th century under the leadership of Geert Grote. This building served as the brewery of the monastery. During the Eighty Years' War, the monastery was dismantled. This part of the complex was preserved and allocated for use by the Dutch Reformed Church. The pulpit with soundboard dates from around 1650, while the brass lectern is about a century younger. The extension on the northeastern side of the church is the consistorial room built in later years, to which a portal has been added. This neo-Gothic structure is a design by architect L.H.J. Westerop from 1915. In the church council room, two parts of old grave slabs are embedded. One of the slabs bears the name of Dirk van Herxen, rector of the Zwolle fraternity house, who died in 1457.
