Beach pavilion Panta Rhei is a well-known concept in Vlissingen. The pavilion was founded in 1970 and was then called Costa del Nol. In 1983, the pavilion changed owners and became De Nolle. In 1996, it received its current name Panta Rhei. In 2011, a completely new beach pavilion was built, which houses two catering establishments. On the ground floor is Panta Rhei, and on the first floor was the beach pavilion Boka Bizarro Beach. Recently, however, Panta Rhei has taken over the upper pavilion, and it now has a different name.
Beach Lifeguard Station
Next to the beach pavilion is the building of the Vlissingen lifeguard brigade. Lifeguard Station De Nolle has a lookout tower and is the main station for the lifeguards in the municipality of Vlissingen.
Panta Rhei has become famous for its live music. Every Sunday afternoon at 5:00 PM, there is a live performance.
