Dousberg-Hazendans is a modern residential area in the western part of the Dutch city of Maastricht. It is also one of the 44 official neighborhoods of the municipality of Maastricht. The name is a combination of the hill Dousberg and the farm Hazendans.
Dousberg-Hazendans is bounded by the neighborhood Malberg to the north, Pottenberg and Belfort to the east, Daalhof to the south, and the national border with Belgium to the west.
