Hoogemeeden is a small region in the municipality of Westerkwartier in the Dutch province of Groningen. It is part of the village of Den Horn and is located in the polders de Kleine Eendracht and de Kriegsman between Den Horn and the Aduarderdiep. The Hoogemeedstertocht flows through the region. There are several farms in the area, including the namesakes Hoogemeeden, Hoge Meden, and Hooge Meeden. The region also includes the terpen Langeweer, where a vorg was once located of the Aduard monastery.
