Hoogemeeden ist ein Gebiet in der Gemeinde Westerkwartier in der niederländischen Provinz Groningen. Es gehört zum Dorf Den Horn und liegt in den Poldern de Kleine Eendracht und de Kriegsman zwischen Den Horn und dem Aduarderdiep. Durch das Gebiet fließt der Hoogemeedstertocht. In dem Gebiet befinden sich mehrere Bauernhöfe, darunter die Namensvettern Hoogemeeden, Hoge Meden und Hooge Meeden. Zu dem Gebiet gehört auch die Wurt Langeweer, an der einst ein Vorwerk des Klosters von Aduard lag.
