Oude Stoof is a hamlet in the former municipality of Hontenisse, now the municipality of Hulst, in the Dutch province of Zeeland. The hamlet located in the region of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is situated near Hengstdijk, around the T-junction of the creek De Guil and the waterway the Oude Haven. Oude Stoof consists of about twenty cottages along the Zuiddijk and the Plattedijk. The hamlet is located in the Kleine Hengstdijkpolder and in the Groote Hengstdijkpolder. The name Oude Stoof refers to the madder stove that used to be located here. The hamlet is marked with a white place name sign.
