Naaldwijk - Rijswijk - Naaldwijk

Round trip Naaldwijk - Rijswijk - Naaldwijk (27 km) through the Groeneveldsepolder to the Zwethzone and the Rijswijkse Hoekpolder.

From there, you can calmly return via the upper dike to Kwintsheul and Naaldwijk.

The route is mostly car-free/low-traffic. You can start it at any point, it's a circular route.

*** 1 point of attention: at km point 19.67 near Kwintsheul, the bicycle bridge has a steep ramp with a right angle turn at the bottom. If in doubt: getting off is wise!!

Fresh (snack) tomatoes can be found on the Bovendijk at the stall of Roel de Bakker at km stand 19.1.

Restaurants:

At km stand 9.6 in 't Woud, if you get the instruction "turn right to Gasthuispad," you can drive 100 meters straight ahead for lunchroom "de Hooiberg."

At km stand 19.6 just after the bicycle bridge in Kwintsheul, on the corner is "café de Jachthaven."

At km stand 22.7 in the village of Honselersdijk, there is also plenty of hospitality to be found.
