The Bossche Bol is perhaps the most well-known product from 's-Hertogenbosch. This sjeklade bun (chocolate ball) is a pastry specialty, made of choux batter, filled with whipped cream and glazed with melted chocolate fondant with a diameter of 12 cm. Taste the original Bossche bollen at bakery Jan de Groot. Opposite the central station in the city centre. Be careful because they are very popular: on some days the queue is just around the corner.
