AzureThis short autoroute follows the route of several former peat canals.
This route goes through a varied landscape where attention is paid to the recreational areas as well as to the agricultural and horticultural areas.
For example, the tree nurseries around Klein Zundert are clearly visible.
The street names Lage Vaartkant, Hoge Vaartkant and Schijfse Vaartkant are references to the former peat canals, which flowed here in the past.
In the village of Schijf there is a large information board next to the parish church about the peat history.
The route starts and ends at the Protestant church de Baai in Leur.
This route can also be ridden by bike.
