From the Museumplein in Kerkrade, the route leads to Rolduc Abbey, past Beerenbosje and Baalsbruggermolen to the Wurm in Rimburg. The water tower is located high up and now serves as a catering and observation tower. The way back leads via Eygelshoven and the Vink via Erenstein Castle to the starting point
