The themed route Graf Brühl is dedicated to one of the most influential figures in 18th century Europe. The Brühl Terraces in Elbflorenz Dresden also testify to the former Brühl Palace in Warsaw and its historical significance. Nowhere is Heinrich Graf von Brühl as vividly experienced in historical records and stories as in his former rule of Forst and Pförten, now Brody. The former seat of the Grafenfamilie exudes a romantic charm today as a castle ruin, nestled in a quaint, original park landscape. Visitors can still visit the Count in the Rose City of Forst (Lausitz) in his tomb, trace his footsteps near his former estate - and experience these and other stops on an authentic, nature-oriented cycling route through endless forests on the Polish side and along the Neiße on the German side.
