The Chapel of Senhora do Resgate was built at the end of the 17th century and is located in the heart of the tourist area of Viana do Castelo.
Because it is located in a car-free street with similar buildings, the facade does not stand out and can go unnoticed.
The images inside are of São Crispim, Santo Rita and Senhora do Resgate, the latter on the altar, which is very beautifully decorated.
