WNYW, virtual channel 5 , is the flagship station of the Fox television network, licensed to New York, New York, United States. The station is owned by the Fox Television Stations subsidiary of Fox Corporation, as part of a duopoly with Secaucus, New Jersey-licensed MyNetworkTV flagship WWOR-TV . The two stations share studios at the Fox Television Center on East 67th Street in Manhattan's Lenox Hill neighborhood; WNYW's transmitter is located at One World Trade Center.
The station is available on DirecTV and select cable systems in the few areas of the Eastern United States that do not have an over-the-air Fox affiliate. WNYW is also available through cable providers in parts of the Caribbean.
