El Ursprungpass es un paso montañoso de 836 m de altura en los Alpes en la frontera entre Alemania y Austria. El paso se encuentra en los Alpes de Baviera, un grupo montañoso de los Alpes del Norte. Se sitúa a unos 11,5 km al oeste de Kufstein y conecta el valle de Ursprung en el norte con el valle de Thiersee en el sur. En el valle de Ursprung fluye uno de los ríos de origen de la Leitzach en dirección norte hacia Bayrischzell. En el valle de Thiersee fluye el Thierseer Ache y se encuentran el lago Thiersee que le da nombre y el municipio o localidad de Thiersee.
