Torgny es un lugar y una comuna de Rouvroy en la provincia belga de Luxemburgo. Es el lugar más meridional de Bélgica y se encuentra cerca de la frontera francesa. El pueblo cuenta con algo más de 200 habitantes.
Torgny se encuentra en la región de Gaume/Bélgica-Lorena. El río Chiers forma a la altura de Torgny durante varios kilómetros la frontera terrestre.
El pueblo está situado en una ladera orientada al sur, en las laderas del valle del Chiers. Esto, junto con la altitud limitada y el suelo calcáreo, crea un microclima suave favorable que permite el cultivo de vino.
