El dominio recreativo provincial De Schorre es un ejemplo de la exitosa reconversión de una mina de arcilla de 75 ha en un área con oportunidades recreativas activas. Deportes acuáticos, muro de escalada, campos deportivos, parque infantil y senderos con hermosas vistas son sus atractivos. Un tercio del área se ha mantenido como zona natural y es un lugar de reunión popular para caballitos del diablo, libélulas, ranas y aves acuáticas.
