El Parlamento Flamenco está situado en el antiguo 'Hotel de los Correos y de la Marina', el edificio principal de Correos y la administración de la Marina que fue construido por el arquitecto Joseph Benoit en el lugar de una antigua sala de conciertos. Las reuniones tienen lugar en la magnífica Sala de la Cúpula.
