Sint-Martens-Voeren es una parroquia de Voeren, en el distrito de Tongeren en Limburgo. El pueblo está situado en el Valle de Voer y por el pueblo fluye el río Voer. Sint-Martens-Voeren formaba parte del condado de Dalhem, que a mediados del siglo XIII se convirtió en parte del Ducado de Brabante. En el Tratado de Partage de 1661, Sint-Martens-Voeren fue asignado a los Países Bajos del Sur. Con la anexión de los Países Bajos del Sur por la República Francesa, Sint-Martens-Voeren fue incorporado en 1795 al recién formado departamento de Ourthe.
