Sint-Martens-Voeren è una frazione di Voeren, nel distretto di Tongeren in Limburg. Il villaggio si trova nella valle di Voer e attraversato dal fiumiciattolo Voer. Sint-Martens-Voeren faceva parte della contea di Dalhem, che a metà del XIII secolo divenne parte del Ducato di Brabante. Con il Trattato di Partage del 1661, Sint-Martens-Voeren fu assegnata ai Paesi Bassi meridionali. Con l'annessione dei Paesi Bassi meridionali da parte della Repubblica Francese, Sint-Martens-Voeren fu inclusa nel Dipartimento dell'Ourthe nel 1795.
