La rue Léopold es una calle en el centro de Lieja, la capital de la provincia homónima en la región belga de Valonia. La calle comienza en el lado este de la Place Saint-Lambert, en la intersección con la rue du Bex y la rue Joffre, y se extiende hacia el sureste hasta el Pont des Arches sobre el Mosa. Al otro lado del río se encuentra el barrio de Outremeuse.
La edificación en la calle consiste principalmente en un conjunto arquitectónico bastante homogéneo de edificios de apartamentos de finales del siglo XIX.
