El molino se encuentra en una altura, en un lugar llamado Pidebecq au camp du Mont, a lo largo del camino de Ath a Flobecq. Es un molino de torre de ladrillo con una cubierta giratoria que fue construido sobre una colina artificial y que está rodeado por una muralla de ladrillo. Fue construido en 1789 por J-B Deltenre y permaneció activo hasta la Segunda Guerra Mundial.
Aunque había estado en la lista de monumentos desde 1982, la condición del molino siguió deteriorándose. En 1998, fue adquirido por la ciudad, lo que dio lugar a un renacimiento. El mecanismo, las 4 piedras de molino y las aspas fueron completamente reemplazados. Ahora puede volver a triturar granos y producir harina para fines didácticos.
