También esta fuente era popular entre las amas de casa. Se encuentra en la rue d’Horseilles en la antigua Andenne. Representa un oso que ha sido atravesado por una flecha. Está esculpido en bajorelieve y fue encontrado en el «Thier de l’Ours», al sur del cementerio de Andenne, en una cantera que proporciona la mayoría de las piedras para la construcción de la iglesia de Andenne. Una piedra incrustada en la pared lleva esta inscripción: «CHARLES MARTEL DE PEPIN 2 FILS NATVREL EN L’AN SEPT CENT PEV PLVS ME MIST ICY A MORT CRVELE», (Carlos Martel, hijo natural de Pepín II, me hizo morir aquí en el año setecientos de forma cruel), como recuerdo de la hazaña de Carlos Martel, quien supuestamente venció a un oso que asolaba la región con la mano desnuda.
