Corroy-le-Grand es un lugar y una localidad del municipio belga de Chaumont-Gistoux. Corroy-le-Grand está situado en la provincia de Brabante Valón.
El nombre Corroy se menciona por primera vez como Colreit en un texto del año 1083. Este topónimo común proviene del latín coryletum o coruletum, que significa "bosque de avellanos". Variantes de este nombre las encontramos, entre otras, en Corroy-le-Château, Cauroy-lès-Hermonville y Koereit. También el apellido Colruyt tiene el mismo origen.
