Poulseur es una aldea en la provincia belga de Lieja y un municipio de Comblain-au-Pont. La aldea está situada junto al Ourthe. En el municipio también se encuentra el caserío de Sart.
Poulseur solía pertenecer al Ducado de la Abadía de Stavelot-Malmedy. Al final del Antiguo Régimen, fue integrado en el municipio de Hody. Sin embargo, el territorio formaba una exclave de Hody, ya que ambas partes estaban separadas por el municipio de Anthisnes.
