Poulseur è un paese nella provincia belga di Luik ed è una frazione di Comblain-au-Pont. Il villaggio si trova lungo l'Ourthe. Nella frazione si trova anche il borgo di Sart.
Poulseur in passato apparteneva al principato abbaziale di Stavelot-Malmedy. Alla fine dell'Ancien Régime fu incluso nel comune di Hody. Tuttavia, il suo territorio costituiva un'exclave di Hody, poiché le due parti erano separate dal comune di Anthisnes.
