Rosmeer es un lugar y antigua comuna belga en el sur de la provincia de Limburgo. En 1930, Rosmeer contaba con 744 habitantes. En 2006 eran 811. En 1970, Rosmeer se convirtió en parte de Mopertingen y en 1977 en una subsección de Bilzen. Rosmeer es un pequeño pueblo, situado en la frontera de Vochtig- y Droog-Haspengouw, a una altitud de 87 a 128 metros. El punto más alto es el Bosberg, donde también se encuentra la torre del agua. Aquí nace, en la zona natural municipal Het Broek, el Wijerkensbeek, que fluye en dirección este a través de Hees hacia el canal Alberto.
